Management Services

It is our mission to assist in restoring Puerto Rican's to their homes from the devastation of Hurricane Maria.

TaskForce is deeply rooted in the community with a 15,000 sqft office/warehouse located in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico.

Task Force LLC, to date, has completed more than 608 work orders in effort to help Puerto Ricans return to their homes from the devastation of Hurricane Maria. Since its inception in 2006, the Baton Rouge based property and project management company has successfully managed over $75 million in state and municipal projects with a clear vision to see the restoration of community through vision, persistence and continuous innovation.

Task Force LLC is looking to expand its community development initiatives in Puerto Rico. On May 4, 2018 Task Force LLC was awarded a subcontract with 4 Contractors Joint Venture (4CJV). 4CJV is one of the seven prime contractors with an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contract with the Housing Authority of Puerto Rico working on the FEMA Disaster Recovery Program Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power Program in Puerto Rico; known as the “Tu Hogar Renace - Shelter in Place Program”.

The Tu Hogar Renace Program began in January of 2018 and was designed for the damaged home to be returned to a safe, functional and habitable structure. To date, the program stats are unprecedented with over 215,000 applicants, 85,000 inspections, and 34,000 homes repaired. Adjuster’s International is the management firm of the overall project who’s contracted with the FEMA STEP Program for monitoring progress, program compliance, initial estimate inspections, and final closeout inspections. 4CJV is tasked with executing 5000 work orders that could increase to over 10,000 provided their performance demonstrates capacity.
